Additionally, miniaturized Biomérieux-API® systems (ID32-Mexico) were applied as rapid methods to discriminate or detect causal agents by performing different biochemical tests. Initially, each microtube of the system was inoculated with a suspension in 0.85% saline solution of pure culture of the microorganism to be identified. Once the gallery was inoculated with the suspension of the microorganism to be identified, the system required to be incubated in a large anaerobiosis jar complete with 9.5 Liters (Gaspak 150 - United States) under anaerobiosis conditions. The following etiological agents were found: Staphylococcus Epidermidis (52.9%), Staphylococcus Aureus (29.4%) and Streptococcus Uberis (17.6%). After the isolation and identification of the causal agents for bovine mastitis, their resistance to the following antimicrobials was analyzed using sensidisks: Cephalexin, Oxytetracycline, Cloxacillin, Streptomycin and Cephalosporin, antibiotics that were highly effective against the etiological agents found. The data processing analysis was carried out using the Excel 365 computer program.
