总结:This research work was carried out to demonstrate the importance of education at the Baccalaureate level, analyze the barriers of educational access, desertion and permanence to guarantee the fundamental right of development for the human being. In this project, the Efficiency of Educational Investment in the High School of District 13D06 Bolívar-Junín during the first Ten-Year Period 2006-2015 was considered. Scientific methods were used such as: the inductive and analytical, which allowed the study and examination of the Sustainable Development Goals, the policies of the first Ten-Year Plan and the educational investment of the educational system, while the deductive agreed to synthesize extensive content in specific conclusions for understand training and teaching methodologies in educational models. The research techniques carried out were; The interview, which reflected an internal reality of the administration with the redistribution of financial resources and the achievement of goals on programs and projects to eradicate educational desertion and implement strategies that strengthen the continuity of high school students. With the survey, diverse opinions were obtained about the management of the District, reflecting that the financing of the budget has generated a positive impact, however, there is little transparency of the resources invested in the institutions of the District 13d06 Bolívar-Junín, in addition, in infrastructure has improved by 32%, and 40% in teacher training, emphasizing that the goals have not been fully achieved according to what was intended in the 2006-2015 Ten-Year Planning.
