Description
Summary:The purpose of this research was to develop a business plan aimed at creating a processing center for panels made from Guadua angustifolia cane in the Junín canton. The investigative method was based on bibliographic research, complemented by descriptive and analytical approaches through data collection. The study was conducted in Junín, Manabí Province, Ecuador, and was developed in four methodological phases: the first included a market study, highlighting 100% collaboration from suppliers and distributors; the second addressed technical, organizational, operational, and legal aspects, defining the location and identifying the required equipment; the third phase consisted of the economic-financial analysis, which assessed profitability and projections, determining an initial investment of $46,535.00; and finally, the fourth phase examined the environmental impact, establishing commitments with the surrounding environment. The results demonstrated the profitability of creating a microenterprise producing eco-friendly panels, supported by the economic and financial analysis. In conclusion, the study presented favorable indicators for the commercial viability of the Guadua angustifolia panel business plan, emphasizing a commitment to environmental sustainability.
