In the second phase, the development of the kernel was carried out based on the increases planned in the previous phase, through the execution of the following activities: analysis, design and development of the system, execution of functional tests and data loading, Delivery of the formal documents and installation of the system. The final result was a REST web API that follows the recommendations of the WfMC regarding the development of the SGFT core, implemented in the institution's servers for the design, execution and supervision of its administrative processes, allowing them to control quality of the activities, whether manual or automatic, that compose the automated procedures using the tool. |

La primera fase de la metodología está orientada al proceso, donde se contempló el desarrollo de los documentos técnicos, mediante los cuales se identificaron: el alcance y requerimientos del sistema, el plan de desarrollo del núcleo, así como la planificación, ejecución y control de los incrementos. En la segunda fase se llevó a cabo el desarrollo del núcleo con base a los incrementos planificados en la fase anterior, mediante la ejecución de las siguientes actividades: análisis, diseño y desarrollo del sistema, ejecución de las pruebas unitarias, de regresión y funcionales, entrega de los documentos formales e instalación del sistema.
