總結:The objective of this degree work was to develop a multiplatform system for the management and control of access to classrooms, lights and air conditioners in the Computing career building. To comply with it, the Extreme Programming (XP) methodology was used, which has 4 phases; for the planning phase, the use cases were created based on what was obtained in the interview that was carried out with the representative of the Research and Linkage Teaching Unit of the infrastructure area to obtain the requirements, in the second phase. The interfaces of each of the modules of the multiplatform system, databases were designed, in addition, the REST APIs were developed and the communication channel between the hardware prototype and the multiplatform system was established; in the development phase the system modules were coded. For this, the ASP.NET and Ionic technologies were used; in the test phase, the necessary verifications were carried out for the correct performance of the system. With the procedure described above, it was possible to obtain as a result a web system and a mobile platform whose data is managed by APIS services which are capable of optimizing and managing access to classrooms, controlling lights and air conditioners, reaching the conclusion that the use of this multiplatform system had positive impacts on the management and control of the classrooms of the Computing major.
