Riassunto:The objective of the research was to evaluate the impact of solid and liquid waste on the environmental quality of the environment in the collection center "Fortaleza del Valle" Parish Quiroga del Cantón Bolívar. The research was qualitative and quantitative, the following techniques were implemented: the interview Avila methodology (1999) that served to know specific data of production of the collection center with the signing that allowed to collect information and observe the process of cacao. Subsequently, the solid and liquid residues generated in the administrative area and in the cocoa process were quantified, where 10.43 kg / month of solid residues and 0.96 m3 / month of liquid wastes were identified, the environmental findings were identified and valued. Which revealed a low criticality regarding the emission of waste through the methodology and parameters presented by TULMA, a reason that there is no greater pollution in the environment, but there is a medium criticality value in terms of health and safety from the workers. In the same way, a review of the environmental regulations and the Logical Framework Matrix was carried out. Through these results, the Environmental Management Plan was proposed in which four subplanes of environmental management were developed, which will contribute to the environmental quality of the gathering.
