Summary:The objective of this research was to conduct a study of job satisfaction of the servants and servants of the National Corporation of electricity (CNEL) of the canton Tosagua, which applied as first technical interview to confirm and socialize the problem; indicators of job satisfaction were extracted from bibliographic research were summarized through the Delphi method where the experts through their votes determined that those whose result equal or exceed 0.70 will be prioritization by the Kendall method to determine the reliability of the survey, resulting in 0.97 which indicated that this diagnostic instrument was reliable going to your application that were used subsequently for the elaboration of the survey It allowed us to identify problems of some officials, exposure to noise and small spaces experience, advanced depreciation of the teams, unhappy with the outstanding work and the perceived wage recognition procedure, system of poor communication, little emotional labor relations and the non-implementation of measures of prevention of labour risks, each of these problems caused dissatisfaction in officials for this reason has been proposed and socialized an improvement plan containing actions, objectives, policymakers and the time of compliance to contribute to satisfaction, safety, health and quality ofworking life.
