| Summary: | The following research was conducted in the canton of Bolivar, Calceta City Special School Doumeth Sepak Jamil, located in the San Felipe. The study was conducted by the needs that the Center for Special Education, by not having a functional body that allows administrators, teachers and parents meet their responsibilities to the education process of children. The work was based on theoretical principles of what is an organic functional, its importance and its determination in the preparation of teachers, to implement and be more competitive in developing its activities, thereby achieving greater administrative efficiency gain to avoid duplication his duties as a teacher. It conducted surveys and interviews with teachers and parents, so that based on the results, make an offer as an alternative using a functional organic and improve the administrative system, especially the performance of each teacher, making exists responsibility for developing cognitive, physical and intellectual development of children for integration into society and environment. The results were set by the application and scientific research, methods, techniques and instruments that facilitated the implementation of the proposed objective. The proposal is feasible to implement it because it empowers the Media Higher Education Act, there is a qualified human talent for development and it is all part of the modernization of the education sector as determined by the current education law. |
