總結:The present research work was carried out with the objective of designing a business plan in the JORGE FRUIT micro-enterprise for the export of red pitahaya to Holland, Netherlands. For its elaboration, the methodological part of the project was developed, where it was important to segment the market and conduct an interview with the owner to determine how it is in relation to the current market. Consequently, the application of the analysis tools pestel, swot, vrio, porter and the execution of the eight p´s of international marketing was carried out, in which it was identified that it has strengths and business opportunities in accordance with the multiparty agreement between Ecuador and the European Union that efficiently favor the internationalization of the product. Through the evaluation carried out in the leopold matrix, it was possible to analyze that the activities do not generate major problems that cause environmental contamination. In addition, it was essential to know the requirements and demands that JORGE FRUIT must meet to export pitahaya to the Netherlands and that he must have an exporter RUC, as well as be registered on the ECUAPASS page for an effective process. Subsequently, it was necessary to carry out an economic-financial study where it was determined that the project is profitable, due to its net present value, internal rate of return are positive and its investment is recovered after two years and eight months. Finally, once the business plan for export was designed, the structuring was carried out with the relevant and consistent and consistent data that will serve as a guiding tool to achieve the export.
