| description | The present investigation was carried out in the dry season of 2013 in the conventional production unit of ESPAM-MFL. The objective of this study was to evaluate the influence of the frequency of application of biol on the agronomic variables of pepper (Capsicum annumm L.) Three application frequencies 7, 14 and 21 days were studied with a 15% dilution. The experiment was conducted by using a completely randomized block design. Variables were established as: plant height at 30 and 60 days after transplantation, mass (g), diameter (cm) and length (cm). Yield was measured in kilograms per hectare. In addition, the initial chemical composition of the biol was analyzed, as well as a chemical and microbiological analysis of the soil before and after sowing. The results show that the application of biol has no influence on the agronomic variables evaluated, they were considered similar to those obtained by the control. The nitrogen levels of the biol established by analysis are considered low (0.1%). The chemical analysis of the soil components allows to establish that they are maintained once the crop is completed. The microbiological content of the soil undergoes changes, probably due to the continuous application of biol. In spite of not establishing statistical differences in the test, treatment F3 (Application of biol of bovine every 21 days after transplant) has a superior yield (19840 kg / ha) to that presented by the control (16500 kg / ha) Making possible a possible influence, which suggests to make further investigations in respect of this. |

El objetivo fue evaluar la influencia de la frecuencia de aplicación de biol sobre las variables agronómicas del pimiento (Capsicum annumm L.) Se estudiaron tres frecuencias de aplicación 7, 14 y 21 días con una dilución del 15%. El experimento se condujo mediante un diseño de bloques completamente al azar. Se establecieron variables como: altura de planta a los 30 y 60 días después del trasplante, masa (g), diámetro (cm) y longitud (cm). El rendimiento se midió en kilogramos por hectárea. Además, se analizó la composición química inicial del biol, así como un análisis químico y microbiológico del suelo antes y después de la siembra. Los resultados muestran que la aplicación de biol no presenta ninguna influencia en las variables agronómicas evaluadas, se las consideró similares a los obtenidos por el testigo. Los niveles de nitrógeno del biol establecido mediante análisis son considerados bajos (0,1%).El análisis químico de los componentes del suelo permite establecer que se mantienen una vez culminado el cultivo. El contenido microbiológico del suelo sufre cambios, probablemente por la aplicación contínua del biol.
