Summary:The research was carried out with the objective of developing a commercial feasibility study of a tourist operation that promotes tourism in the cantons of the central area of Manabí (Chone, Bolívar, Tosagua and Junín), satisfying the needs of visitors who arrive at the The area will also facilitate the proper use of resources that will help improve the quality of life of the inhabitants. The design of the study consisted of four phases: in the first one, a tourist diagnosis is elaborated that identifies the natural, cultural and gastronomic characteristics of the area, the information that helped to specify the current state where the research is reported, besides knowing the Tourism capacity of the center of Manabí. In the second phase, a market study was conducted where a total of 183 services services were identified that fit the local tourism plan, the profile of visitors represented by regional tourists, places and a minimum percentage of foreigners, as well as the competitive characteristics given by its agricultural production and its natural resources with tourism potential. In the third phase, a portfolio composed of 5 products was created with the aim of attracting more visitors, as well as marketing strategies. In the last phase, the financial analysis was carried out, which helped to determine the NPV evaluation rates ($ 4,093.56) and the IRR (19%), being higher than the TCE (10.46%), thus making the development of the draft.
