总结:In order to evaluate the productive behavior, mortality and viability, hematopoietic organ weight and benefit-cost ratio of the addition of commercial garlic and onion granules in the diet of Cobb 500 chickens. A completely randomized design (DCA) was carried out, with the only study factor being the diets of 4 groups of unsexed birds for a CT (without addition of garlic and onion), T1 (100ppm), T2 (200ppm), and T3 (300ppm) using an analysis of variance according to simple classification through the statistical package InfoStat (2019) and Duncan test (5%) for the comparison of averages. There were no significant differences in weight according to the level of addition of garlic and onion at the weeks evaluated (p>0. 05); weekly food intake showed significant differences (p>0. 05) at weeks 4 and 6. The thymus, spleen and Fabricio’s sac organs did not show any changes in size with respect to the age of study. The cost benefit indicated that there was more profitability in the control treatment compared to the groups with the addition of garlic and onion. The results allow us to conclude that the group with a supply of commercial garlic and onion granules at the level of 100 ppm (T1), obtained the highest weight at the end of the stage and that it may be an alternative in breeding Coob 500 chickens under our conditions.
