On the other hand, diet 2 performed well during the growing period, averaging 2566.28 ± 220.34 g and standing out with the lowest feed conversion ratio of 1.9 g/g compared to the other diets, making it the most profitable. No significant differences were found in carcass yield or skin pigmentation between treatments. In conclusion, commercial diet 2 offers good productive indices, with lower feed intake and conversion, and a better cost-benefit ratio, making it recommended for broiler chicken production due to its productive efficiency and cost-benefit relationship. |

Se aplicó un diseño experimental completamente al azar con 20 unidades experimentales, 4 tratamientos y 5 repeticiones, asignando una dieta comercial a cada tratamiento (dieta 1, dieta 2, dieta 3, dieta 4). Se midió semanalmente la ganancia de peso, conversión alimenticia y consumo de alimento, al final de la crianza se evaluó el peso, rendimiento a la canal, pigmentación de piel, patas y pico. Los resultados muestran que la dieta 4 obtuvo mayor ganancia de peso semanal y final, sin embargo, tuvo un mayor consumo y conversión de alimento acumulado, mientras que la dieta 2 mostró un buen rendimiento durante la crianza, con un promedio de 2566.28 ± 220.34 g y destacando con la conversión alimenticia más baja de 1.9 g/g en comparación a las otras dietas, siendo la más rentable. No se encontraron diferencias significativas en el rendimiento a la canal ni en la pigmentación de la piel entre tratamientos.
