Резюме:This research had the purpose of evaluating the level of maturity of the integral management of the coffee exporter Finca Cruz Loma in the city of Quito, for the contribution to continuous improvement, for which it was necessary to fulfill three objectives, converted into methodological phases in its development: in the first phase, the current situation of the maturity of the integral management of the coffee exporter was identified, through the application of an evaluation instrument, previously validated by the authors Hernández and Parra (2018), same which consisted of 33 dimensions divided into three management blocks, later the data illustrated in statistical graphs were analyzed and interpreted; in the second phase, risks and opportunities of the organization under study were defined, through the use of the identification matrix of findings, risks and opportunities; The third and last phase consisted of the proposal of an action plan that contributed to the integral management of the entity, with the use of an improvement planning matrix called 5W+1H. The results allowed us to determine that globally, the state of maturity of the integration of the management system of the exporter Finca Cruz Loma is at level IV (Predictive), however, individually the dimensions that present level I , II and V. It is concluded that there is a gap of 18.5% compliance with the strategic factors, which is why the exporter must continue working on the integration of its management systems.
