Summary:This research aims to measure the impact of corporate social responsibility and organizational culture in the construction industry ISABA S.A, to contribute to the sustainability of the company; starting from a descriptive methodology, based on analysis and synthesis, for which employed a literature and field study, as well as techniques and tools such as the interview and the questionnaire, which were applied to a population sample of 92 workers. As for the procedure, the study proposed three conclusive phases, in the first phase, The evaluation models were identified and the evaluation model was selected Denison and Gallardo, Sánchez and Corchuelo conceptual model of causal relationships (2013); After that, in phase two, the study instruments were applied, the processed and tabulated the data, using Excel 2016 software; finally The correlation between the variables investigated and the IBM SPSS Statistics software (2016); also, the shortcomings were identified With the Ishikawa diagram, improvement measures were proposed with the 5W+1H and the relevant diagnosis was made. From the study, it can be concluded that the prevalence of adequate CSR and CO scored at 4.45 and 4.52 out of 5.00, which, when correlated, shows a very low positive interaction; where, the involvement, consistency, and adaptability, are those variables that do not exceed the minimum required average correlation (0.05 minimum), therefore It is therefore recommended that CO and CSR be linked to the strategic management plan of such to generate a positive integration, to improve the conditions of a good working environment.
