Shrnutí:The Goals in this researching was evaluated through performance variables performer of organizational behavior through the use of indicators in the company management REYVER S.A. which were structured in four methodological phases, establishment of management indicators, evaluation and the improvement plan. In the first phase was carried out the characterization of the company, where it was used the method of the competition coefficient to choose a group of experts, which selected the correct variables to evaluate. In the second phase we proceeded to the identification of management indicators that had links with the variables of Organizational Behavior, relying on the bibliographic researching. In the third phase was carried out the analysis statistical of the information obtained through the implementation of the evaluation instruments. For the proposal development of the fourth phase with the variables that presented greater shortcomings was the proposal of an improvement plan to contribute to the solution of the problems that have a greater effect on organizational behavior. It was concluded that the variables of goals development the organization, intellectual abilities, communication, productivity, leadership, organizational environment and effectiveness in the availability of medical services for workers, are in a state of acceptance according to their weighting, on the other hand the variables of rotation, training, motivation and absenteeism indicated that there are conditions to improve.
