Description
Résumé:The objective of this research was to establish the socioeconomic impact of Covid-19 as perceived by the members of the Cooperativa de Ahorro y Crédito Chone Ltda. for the determination of corrective measures. The research methodology employed the inductive and deductive methods to analyze the results obtained; additionally, the PRISMA method was used to carry out a systematic review that supported the research. Furthermore, the use of the 5W+2H matrix to propose corrective actions is highlighted. Regarding the techniques, the use of surveys to assess the members' perception of the social and economic impact of the coronavirus lockdown is emphasized. For tools, a questionnaire was used for data collection. Additionally, the Pareto diagram was implemented as a tool for selecting and prioritizing the most relevant problems. The results show the impact caused during the Covid-19 pandemic lockdown on the cooperative members, not only economically but also in their social well-being. Among the dimensions addressed, a strong impact of Covid-19 on the labor dimension is highlighted, affecting not only a reduction in job positions, thereby reducing the income received by the members but also affecting their purchasing power. Finally, it is suggested to socialize the benefits provided by the cooperative and to create an emergency credit line for members who lost their jobs as a measure to allow them to economically reactivate.
