Riassunto:In the present investigation, the ergonomic risks associated with the production activities in the flour and balanced processes workshop of the ESPAM MFL agroindustrial area were evaluated through the validation of bibliographic, quantitative, deductive and inductive methods. Using the Rapid Postural Evaluation (RPE) method, it was identified that the most dangerous posture performed by the worker was standing very inclined as a result of the grinding activity, a harmful performance with level 5, while with the Ovako Working Analysis System (OWAS ) the ergonomic risks were evaluated in each of the phases that the workshop has (grinding, mixing and transport) presenting critical positions in the phases: mixing and transport, requiring immediate corrective actions, the positions that are most repeated are: " back with twist ”and“ standing or squatting with both legs bent and the weight balanced on both legs ”you are weighing more than 20 kg. Subsequently, the action plan for the prevention, risk reduction and improvement of the health of the workers was carried out, making the socialization of the proposal, in order to obtain a better work performance.
