Gestión por procesos para la Cooperativa de Ahorro y Crédito Cámara de Comercio del cantón Bolívar

The present investigative work is framed in designing a management system for the standardization of key processes in the Cooperativa de Ahorro y Crédito, Chamber of Commerce of Cantón Bolívar Ltda. Taking into account that currently financial entities have evolved and in turn The procedures carried out within the entity have improved, for this purpose three specific phases were developed, in the first instance the strategic planning was reviewed where the processes that the Cooperative applies in its management were known, to obtain this information a survey of the 9 employees who work in the entity and an interview with their manager, verifying the activities and occupations that they perform; With these data, we proceeded to the description and prioritization of the processes and procedures of the Savings and Credit Cooperative, then, using the ANSI symbology, the flowcharts were elaborated, it allowed to have a visual analysis reflecting the sequences of the activities that are executed in each process, later the processes and procedures manual was elaborated, for which the prioritization of the processes was taken into consideration. , focused mainly on improving the quality of the services offered by the Cooperative and finally the recommendations were provided, concluding that the manual is an essential tool that will allow employees to follow a sequential order in the activities that are in their charge, thus It will contribute and improve the use of resources, optimizing the materials available to them.
