Description
Summary:The objective of this research was to evaluate the feasibility of implementing a craft beer processing plant in Bolívar canton, for this a situational diagnosis was carried out that allowed us to know the current state of consumption of alcoholic beverages such as craft beer and in turn carried out a SWOT analysis, where the potential of the business was determined according to the study market, also through techniques such as the survey, directed at the population of the study area and the interview with a company that is dedicated to producing and selling said product and the supermarkets of the respective canton to carry out the price analysis, the market study was also carried out in order to determine if there is an opportunity to sell craft beer in the canton. In addition, the technical feasibility was established to obtain inputs, equipment and infrastructure for its development and the financial viability to obtain the NPV (Net Present Value) which was $ 58.918,09 and the IRR (Internal Rate of Return) which was 49,51 %, in order to demonstrate whether the microenterprise is feasible, it is also important to mention that the fixed investment was obtained, which turns out to be important for the implementation of the brewery. Finally, it was determined through an environmental impact analysis, taking into account those environmental construction and waste measures that must be considered to mitigate the collateral damage that the company may cause to the environment.
