Implementación de una intranet en el colegio fiscal técnico Raymundo Aveiga de la ciudad de Chone provincia de Manabí

Target is proposed to implement an Intranet that allows communication between short and timely administrative and academic areas of the college technical tax Aveiga Raymundo Chone city, and then analyze the requirements, design and proceed to configure the server and this in turn acts as a central router which connects to a slave router, the router is connected to a switch in which computers are connected customers in the institution in which they are raised DNS services, Web, Mail, FTP , Instant Messaging and Database used in its implementation, it should be noted that, to implement used intranet IPv4 support and Centos Linux platform v5.5. Was used for model development that incorporates ITIL processes, people and technology. Through an analysis of software and hardware are managed internal communication. After the analysis conducted proceeded to design the structure of an intranet, so it was possible to have an interface between the different areas of the institution allowed this situation to gather information necessary for the successful development of an intranet. The use of the intranet improved communication within the school, as it helped solve problems such as the distribution and organization of information, as well as decreasing response times Ftp, email, instant messaging, and web.
