| Tóm tắt: | The present study proposed to evaluate the incidence, in vitro sensitivity, pathogenicity and aggressiveness of the isolates of Bipolaris spp in Pitahaya fruits. For its fulfillment, the incidence was measured with the count of fruits with lesions of the evaluated pathogen, additionally, an experimental research was developed with a completely randomized design (DCA) with factorial arrangement A (Fungicides) x B (Dose), 18 treatments, 4 replicates and 72 experimental units to evaluate the sensitivity to commercial fungicides, together with a DCA for orthogonal contrasts with 8 treatments, 7 replicates and 56 experimental units for the determination of the degree of pathogenicity and aggressiveness of Bipolaris spp. Results show that Bipolaris spp has incidence on Pitahaya fruits in the winter season. Regarding the sensitivity to commercial fungicides, it was determined that Trifloxystrobin + Tebuconazole, Metiram + Pyroclostrabin, Difenoconazole and Azoxystrobin + Tridemorph were highly effective with 100% inhibition in vitro, however, Chlorothalonil at low doses and Copper Sulphate in general did not achieve complete effectiveness. Finally, Bipolaris spp isolates demonstrate progressively intensifying pathogenicity and aggressiveness on red pitahaya fruits, increasing significantly on inoculated fruits over time. Overall, the study revealed that Bipolaris spp has a higher incidence during winter and is sensitive to most of the fungicides evaluated, as well as showing progressive pathogenicity and aggressiveness on inoculated fruits. |
