It was possible to identify 9 types of seeds in the fecal material of the bat under study, determining that the tutumbe is the arboreal species with the highest abundance (76 individuals) on which it feeds. Plant diversity was low, Pearson's correlation determined that there is a linear trend between the richness and importance of the tree species with a value of 0.84; this relationship was carried out in Infostat with a 71% correlation, indicating that the linear relationship between both variables is good. The minimum area of action that Artibeus fraterculus uses for its feeding and seed dispersal was 15.59 ha; in turn, the importance index of the disperser was 10%, which means that the species in question is the only and largest disperser in the study area; with a density of 316 seeds / week * ha. |

El tipo de investigación fue descriptiva, utilizando los métodos bibliográficos, inductivo y de campo. El procedimiento se basó en tres fases, la identificación de las especies arbóreas que conforman la dieta del murciélago frugívoro, la estimación de la diversidad vegetal y la determinación del área mínima de influencia. Se pudieron identificar 9 tipos de semillas en el material fecal del murciélago en estudio, determinando que el tutumbe es la especie arbórea con mayor abundancia (76 individuos) de la cual se alimenta. La diversidad vegetal fue baja, la correlación de Pearson determinó que existe una tendencia lineal entre la riqueza e importancia de las especies arbóreas con un valor de 0,84; dicha relación se realizó en Infostat con un 71 % de correlación, indicando que la relación lineal entre ambas variables es buena.
