Proyección estratégica para la instalación de una empresa de servicios técnicos-agropecuarios y administrativos para la zona central de Manabí

This research yielded a study of strategic projection, to implement a service company in the agricultural and administrative canton cantons Bolivar reach as Tosagua and Chone, and this will greatly benefit farmers because if starts the company improved production levels and yields. Were used for development, surveys, interviews, statistical graphs, among others, that led to the diagnosis of the needs and problems in crops of small farmers in the cantons mentioned above, within the pre-feasibility study was structured geographically place where it would be feasible to locate the company establishing him the name, features, lines of action, mission and corporate vision, product description, and service to offer the same promotional strategy. There is also designing a technical assistance scheme for the study area and a training plan which consists in handling concepts as farm as an organization, budget management of the estate among other issues related to the proper administration of farms. With the development of the broad outlines of operation and technical leadership within the annual plan the farmer may be clear what to do in complementation with the company.
