Evaluación de la ejecución presupuestaria del Gobierno Autónomo Descentralizado del cantón Chone periodo 2020-2021

The current investigation had as its essential objective to evaluate the budget execution of the Decentralized Autonomous Government in Chone canton during the periods 2020-2021. To achieve this objective, the application of several methods that were necessary was used, among them were; the deductive, inductive, and analytical method, in this way they gave the alignment for the development of the investigation, likewise; the application of techniques that allowed the collection of pertinent information, like the interview that was applied to Gad officials, the same ones that they were; the budget coordinator and the planning director, thus, certain and truthful results were obtained to base the investigation. It was concluded that, based on the results obtained, a diagnosis was carried out in which the causes and effects of the inconsistencies associated with the management of budget execution were determined. Therefore, the proposed strategies are highly supportive, and so then, to be able to mitigate with them, the risks associated with factors such as reduced management efficiency in both income and expense accounts; in the same way, actions were proposed to correct the limitations linked to the execution of projects and the fulfillment of institutional obligations, because, this generated a state of decreased self-sufficiency in Chone GAD during the period analyzed.
