To the application of the study, four phases were developed, initiated in the compilation of bibliographical information, in order to sustain the processes and to design authors matrices, having for purpose the synthesis of the principles and relevant indicators when doing cooperativism, in this way was Integrated the variables to generate the survey models, applied to managers, a sample of employees and partners, determined by the finite population formula and subjected to tools of experts such as the Torgerson and Delphi. Therefore, the data were tabulated, using statistical graphical techniques (radar and bars), they show the average value per principle (VPPrin) and average value per question (VPPre) in each of the principles evaluated; In addition, improvement actions were presented with the help of the Ishikawa diagram. The cooperative social behavior evaluation required the implementation of a quantitative-analytical-synthetic methodology that helped to generate the results, in relation to these, the research evidences a level of average contribution to Good Living by the considered variables; Given that in both sectors show poor practices of commitment to the environment, education, training, information; Cooperation and integration of the EPS sector; Dignity of work and enjoyment of life.
