Přidat tag | Shrnutí: | The main objective of this research work is to diagnose the perception of users about the application of public water policies in the Public Company EMMAP-EP, for the proposal of improvement strategies, in which the inductive/deductive, analytical/synthetic methods were applied that allowed the understanding and analysis of the information and data obtained. In addition, bibliographic and field research were used. Among the results, it was possible to know the perception of the users about the public policies in the Public Company EMMAP-EP through a survey applied to the citizens, which revealed shortcomings, such as the lack of talks on the use of public policies to the workers, lack of commitment on the part of the managers and workers of the company and little socialization of public policies to the users. That is why through this, an improvement plan was proposed based on the deficiencies detected, which is composed of objectives, strategies, activities, indicators, responsible and implementation time. Finally, it is concluded that thanks to the diagnosis obtained on the public policies in the EMMAP-EP company, it was possible to know the existing problems which will be counteracted through the proposal of the improvement plan. |
