Aplicación de un modelo de evaluación de la gestión social en la “Cooperativa Cámara del Comercio del Cantón Bolívar”.

The evaluation of the social management of the Cámara de Comercio Cooperative of Bolívar canton had the purpose of knowing to what extent the institution contributes to the needs of its members, firstly, it was necessary to gather information and analyze reliable bibliographic sources that allow scientifically support the steps to be executed, then interviews were conducted with managers and staff in order to know relevant data of the environment. Consecutively, we proceeded to design the questionnaire for the survey, which was structured in relation to the objectives. Likewise, the main elements to evaluate social management were analyzed, in addition to detailing the purpose of each of the principles of cooperativism to proceed with their respective application and to determine through the evaluation the commitment of the social management of the Cámara de Comercio Cooperative, highlighting as a fundamental aspect the lack of an evaluation model. Once the shortcomings were known, we proceeded to design the strategies so that it contributes to the social cooperative, being necessary the 5W1H matrix.
