Тойм: | The present research was developed with the purpose of evaluating the academic performance of students entering ESPAM "MFL" in the period April 2019- March 2020. The methodology applied in the research was bibliographic and field, which allowed through data collection instruments such as the interview and survey to obtain the necessary information to then be tabulated. The survey was applied to a total of 108 students of the eight majors at ESPAM "MFL" and the interview to the General Academic Coordinator. For the application and tabulation of the data obtained, the Google Forms program was used, after which the analysis was carried out taking as references the academic performance, academic management and the factors that influence the formation of the students, thus determining that the specialization of the teachers, the knowledge that the students have prior to entering the university, the performance of the teachers, the economic factors, the study program used, the few hours dedicated to study, the teaching methods used by the teachers are elements that influence the formation of the professionals, after this an improvement plan was made with the necessary actions and strategies to mitigate the factors that influence the academic performance. |
