Evaluación de las variables del desempeño cooperativo de ahorro y crédito con enfoque en el buen vivir en la zona norte de Manabí

This research was aimed at evaluating the variables of cooperative performance of credit unions in the north of Manabí, which was approached on good living, in order to do it, there phases in the study were taken into account, which were assessing the performance variables, estimating tool evaluation, and suggesting an improvement plan, in the first stage, a matrix of social responsibility was run to deeply learn about the community development, human rights, labor rights and environmental participation that those cooperatives have, this matrix contained principle, indicator variable and dimension, in the second phase the survey, was conducted on the partners, employees, and managers of cooperatives in order to know the contributions of the establishments to the community and if the members are involved in decisions that those institutions also make, as well as if employees are given job fair treatment is was also suggested the improvement plan technique to shortcomings meet in the credit union belonging to the northern Manabí, this plan contains improvement actions, responsible, start and end, indicator monitoring resources.
