The results are processed through an analysis of variance in SPSS 21.0. The first phase of the study included the characterization of wastewater, where the impact on wastewater in the plant was identified. In addition, technical visits will be developed to find specific data such as volume levels and characterization of the residual produced. In phase two, the efficiency of the trickling filter was determined. For this, the filtering material was subjected to a crushing process. The filters were designed and constructed according to a simple DCA with one variable and three treatments. Finally, the technique will be evaluated economically. A volume of 321L of vinasse has been found, with an organic load that exceeds the permissible limits established in the TULSMA; Occurring effects in the physical, biotic and human media. The increase in the filter material has a significant effect on the efficiency of the organic load (94% for COD and 86% for BOD5). Finally, I have found that the prototype of the most efficient treatment has a cost of $ 650. The percolating filter presents a viable measure for the control of the problems related to the production of alcohol. |

Se tomó como ejemplo una planta destiladora creada desde el año 1990. Se realizó tres tratamientos, cada uno incluyó tres repeticiones; lo que tuvo un total equivalente a 9 unidades experimentales. Los resultados se procesaron a través de un análisis de varianza en SPSS versión 21.0. La primera fase del estudio comprendió la caracterización del agua residual, donde se identificó los impactos o efectos asociados al agua residual en la planta. Además, se desarrollaron visitas técnicas para encontrar datos específicos como los niveles de volumen y caracterización del residual producido. En la fase dos, se determinó la eficiencia del filtro percolador. Para esto, el material filtrante fue sometido a un proceso de trituración. Se diseñó y construyó los filtros en función de un DCA simple con una variable y tres tratamientos. Finalmente se valoró la técnica económicamente. Se encontró un volumen de 321L de vinaza, con carga orgánica que sobrepasa los límites permisibles establecidos en el TULSMA; ocasionando efectos en los medios físico, biótico y humano. El aumento del material filtrante tiene un efecto significativo en la eficiencia de remoción de carga orgánica (94% para la DQO y 86% para DBO5). Finalmente, se encontró que el prototipo del tratamiento de mayor eficiencia tiene un costo de $650.
