In the same way, in the determination of the growth of the strains at different pH levels, the highest point of growth was 4.0 in both strains, also developing favorably in the levels 7.5 - 6.7 - 3.4. For the calculation of resistance to bile salts, at 3 and 6 o'clock the strains 41 Lmc and 22 Lmc obtained a greater development in the presence of bile salts than in the absence thereof, with the 41 Lmc strain being more prominent. It is concluded that there was a favorable survival and growth in the different levels of temperature, pH and established bile salts, which would indicate that the strains could be used for the preparation of biopreparations with probiotic potential for animal production purposes. |

It is concluded that there was a favorable survival and growth in the different levels of temperature, pH and established bile salts, which would indicate that the strains could be used for the preparation of biopreparations with probiotic potential for animal production purposes.Se determinó el crecimiento de cepas de Lactobacillus plantarum (22 Lmc y 41 Lmc) por medio de fórmulas de estadística no descriptiva, se utilizó un DCA con arreglo bifactorial, para la temperatura se utilizaron 6 tratamientos con 4 repeticiones; para pH se utilizaron 10 tratamientos con 4 repeticiones y para el efecto las sales biliares se utilizaron 4 tratamientos y 12 repeticiones; las cepas fueron medidas por Densidad Óptica (DO) mediante un espectrofotómetro UV de marca JENWAY 6305 a una longitud de onda de 560 nm y con un factor de 0,9; a 3 niveles de temperatura, donde ambas cepas tuvieron un crecimiento favorable entre 30°C a 45°C a las 24 y 48 horas siendo su pico más alto de desarrollo a 45°C. De la misma manera, en la determinación de crecimiento de las cepas a diferentes niveles de pH el punto más alto de crecimiento fue a 4,0 en ambas cepas, desarrollándose también de manera favorable en los niveles 7,5 – 6,7 – 3,4. Para el cálculo a la resistencia a sales biliares, a las 3 y 6 horas las cepas 41 Lmc y 22 Lmc obtuvieron un mayor desarrollo en presencia de sales biliares que en ausencia de la misma, destacándose más la cepa 41 Lmc.
