Propuesta de diseño de un centro de información turística en la zona del muelle de Manta

The present study aimed at implementing a tourist information center in the spring of Manta. For this process are identified phases, stages and methods that contribute to the realization of this work and the development of research covers four phases, the first describes the current status of the port of Manta, identifying the problem, in which analyze the demographic and tourism in the canton, in the second phase raises the overall objective, specific objectives and performs the logical frame work matrix in order to have an overall picture of the proposed project, in the third phase is prepared detailing the technical feasibility physical and technical characteristics of the materials, supplies and services that make up the components of the project through a technical study runs the economic and financial viability which is determined by comparing the benefits to be generated to the project company, with its costs and in the fourth phase establishes the operational structure of the tourist information center by selecting internal and how they will be defined various operational areas in your organization that are to be performed and valued component schedule and activities.
