Propuesta de mejora a los procesos de participación en eventos de investigación de los docentes de la ESPAM MFL

The aim of the research was to analyze the processes of teacher participation in research events at Escuela Superior Politécnica Agropecuaria de Manabí Manuel Félix López, in order to establish proposals of improvement of two specific sub processes, the participation of teachers in the Scientific Conference event, and participation of teachers in national or international academic - scientist events, achieving the optimization of the work cycle and times. It was developed through three stages: In the first one, it was made the gathered information that was carried out in the General Coordination of Research of the ESPAM MFL, the necessary data were compiled for the elaboration of the AS IS diagrams of the sub processes, in the second stage, the analysis of added value was made and finally, in the third stage, improvements proposals were presented to each sub process, establishing strategies that allow them to be executed in the most efficient and effective way, in order to redesign the process of flowcharts, omitting activities that did not contribute value, and in the same way adding others involved that have an important part in the sub processes in concert with the activities that are in their charge, within the defined times.
