Matriz de dimensionamiento para mejorar la capacidad de gestión en el departamento de obras públicas del Gobierno Autónomo Descentralizado de Junín.

This proposal is intended to measure the operational capacity of management in the Department of Public Works Canton Junín in this perspective, the research seeks to improve the operating level public servants, according to Article 104 of the LOSEP (Organic Law for Public Servants ), the methodology used in this research was the observation sheet, collecting accurate relevant facts of the investigation, just as information, a survey was applied detailing the activities carried out within the department of Public Works each servers in which the frequency of execution of each was checked, and those who make them, followed by an interview with the director of Public Works to confirm whether the allocation of seats was appropriate according to the profiles of each server, unfailingly information obtained by the techniques previously applied will help the solution of the issues raised by this proposal, therefore, the results allowed to elaborate array sizing in which evidenced the actual time for the implementation of activities and how important it is to allocate job profiles tasks.
