Aplicación de un modelo para la gestión social en la Cooperativa de Ahorro y Crédito Cámara de Comercio del cantón Bolívar LTDA.

This degree work was based on the application of the POCE model (Planning, Organization, Coordination and Evaluation) for the management of social actions in the Cooperative of Savings and Credit Chamber of Commerce of Canton Bolivar Ltda., establishing the phases of diagnosis of the current situation, the establishment of the model and the estimation of the impact of applying the model; a checklist was made with the elements of social management; a survey was applied to managers, employees and representatives of the partners before the General Assembly of the Cooperative and the analysis of the data obtained was carried out through the use of the radar technique. The strategic analysis, operational planning, purchasing plan and functions were also prepared; finally, in the year 2022, everything implemented was evaluated together with the cooperative principles and ended with the gap analysis, which made it possible to know what was in place and the existing difference after the application of the model, thus making it possible to propose improvement actions. During the execution, it became evident that the cooperative carried out social activities in an isolated manner and that the application of the model allowed establishing the basis to develop its social management year after year in a planned manner.
