总结:The purpose of this research was to determine the concentration of heavy metals (Cd, Pb, Cr and Hg) in Crassostrea corteziensis (Pleasure Oyster) of the "REVISICOF" during the months of May, July and August 2021. The selected sampling area was Isla Corazón, this place has the rocky conditions where the largest number of species for capture are found. The concentration of cadmium, lead, chromium and mercury in the soft tissue was determined using the ICP-OES technique, the Pearson coefficient was calculated between the physicochemical parameters of the water and sediment vs. the levels of the evaluated metals. The average concentrations of lead (Sampling (May)= 0.95 mg/kg, Sampling (July) =1.48 mg/kg, Sampling (August) = 1.26); and mercury (Sampling (May) = 0.0016, Sampling (July) = 0.0096, Sampling (August) = 0.073) did not exceed the maximum permissible ranges of the European Regulations, except for cadmium (Sampling (May) = 7.51 mg/kg, Sampling (July)= 6.84 mg/kg, Sampling (August)= 6.47 mg/kg). On the other hand, the average values of chromium (Sampling (May)= 0.94 mg/kg, Sampling (July)= 1.90 mg/kg, Sampling (August)= 2.41) are below the maximum permissible limits established by the National Reserve Council of Canada. Likewise, the physicochemical parameters of the water and sediment did not exceed the criteria contemplated, observing thatthey do not correlate with the concentrations of heavy metals. Itis concluded thatthe concentrations of lead, chromium and mercury in the soft tissue of bivalves do not generate an impact on biodiversity in the protected area; while the levels of cadmium found tend to impact biodiversity.
