Ychwanegu Tag | Crynodeb: | The purpose of this research was the evaluation of production cooperatives northern Manabí focused on good living; for which carried out the identification of existing variables in the environment through the literature search of cooperative social balances, principles of Popular Economy and Solidarity (EPS), Good Living (BV) and Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) and likewise an interview was conducted to managers and experts was chosen by a profile, professionals with score => 80 were qualified to undertake such an selection of indicators of the variables studied by the mathematical model Torgerson that allowed the development of matrix. the results was performed applying the assessment tool which was directed to managers of the 9 cooperatives to rate the performance through the Likert scale, a survey of 153 members shows and 28 employees to corroborate the information, this process allowed us to know the shortcomings that these had. Finally a proposed improvement plan was developed to take corrective action on weaknesses found, to fulfill this objective problems that needed to be taken care of sooner was identified, and thus determine the improvement actions. |
