To achieve this, three specific objectives are established with comprehensive activities, for this an exhaustive theoretical review was carried out, providing the necessary foundation in order to carry out said project, therefore, within the methodological framework, different types of research were pointed out: analytical, deductive and inductive, in the same way, various techniques were used such as observation, interview, SWOT, therefore tools were applied, among which the Ishikawa diagram, 5W + 2H Matrix and Flow Diagram stand out, in addition, The use of 5S (selection, order, cleanliness, standardization and discipline) was implemented to optimize logistics and improve the efficiency and organization of the work environment through ABC classification. For this, an interview was carried out with the administrators in order to collect crucial information about the current situation of the marketer, in this way, facilitating the identification of problems through the Ishikawa Diagram, in the same way, it was prepared a 5W matrix. +2H as an improvement system, addressing causes and effects to obtain expected results. Finally, an economic analysis was carried out that resulted in a Net Present Value (NPV) of $185,595.17 and an Internal Rate of Return (IRR) of 50%, exceeding the reference rate of 10%, confirming the viability economics of the project. |

Para lograrlo, se establecieron tres objetivos específicos con actividades integrales, para esto se llevó a cabo una revisión teórica exhaustiva, proporcionando el fundamento necesario con la finalidad de realizar dicho del proyecto, por lo tanto, dentro del marco metodológico se puntualizaron distintos tipos de investigación: analítica, deductiva e inductiva, de la mimas manera, se emplearon diversas técnicas como la observación, entrevista, FODA, por lo consiguiente se aplicaron herramientas de las cuales destacan el diagrama de Ishikawa, Matriz 5W + 2H y Diagrama de Flujo, además, se implementó el uso de las 5S (selección, orden, limpieza, estandarización y disciplina) para optimizar la logística y mejorar la eficiencia y organización del entorno laboral mediante la clasificación ABC. Para lo cual, se realizó una entrevista con las administradoras con la finalidad recopilar información crucial sobre la situación actual de la comercializadora, de tal manera, facilitando la identificación de los problemas a través del Diagrama de Ishikawa, de igual modo se elaboró una matriz 5W+2H como un sistema de mejora, abordando causas y efectos para obtener resultados esperados.
