Incidencia del estrés en el desempeño laboral en docentes de la carrera Ingeniería Agrícola de la ESPAM MFL 2022

The main objective of this research work is to determine the incidence of stress on the work performance of teachers of the Agricultural Engineering career of the Agricultural Polytechnic School of Manabí Manuel Félix López during the period 2022, for the strengthening of the career. The execution of this work was carried out in three stages. In the first, a search of bibliographic information was carried out to identify the factors that trigger stress and familiarization of the subject of study. In the second stage, the incidence of stress on work performance was diagnosed through the interview and survey. And in the last stage, strategies were proposed that helped reduce stress levels by improving work performance. Field research was used to apply the techniques already mentioned. In addition, descriptive research was used to help identify the factors that trigger stress in teachers. It was concluded that there are various discomforts such as lack of time for the fulfillment of tasks, little internet access, lack of technological equipment, discomfort due to staff rotation, excess tasks of work at home among others, so a proposal was designed to mitigate the shortcomings that affect the well-being of teachers.
