Shrnutí:The objective of this research was to study the Organizational Behavior for the improvement of work performance in EQUIPOS AGROINDUSTRIALES S.A., located in the city of Manta province of Manabí. For the development of this research, three methodological phases were used, which were: Determination of the variables of Organizational Behavior through a group of experts, evaluating the performance of the variables, where tabulation and analysis of the data found were performed, and as a third phase the correlation of the variables of the organizational behavior where the impact that they had among each other was identified, in addition in this phase the proposal of an improvement plan was made to contribute in potentiating the deficiencies detected with the evaluation, As a result it was obtained that in the company, the motivation is met on a regular level, because there are few opportunities for economic and professional growth, the variable job satisfaction at a high level, demonstrating that workers feel satisfied in the work they do, with respect to work in Compliance team is of high standard, because all the I Members of the work team are involved in achieving the goals, in addition the leadership score was regular, while for communication and organizational culture the degree of compliance is high. It is concluded that work satisfaction affects the company, how they stay motivated, work as a team and manage the leadership of the workers.
