Diseño del Plan estratégico Administrativo en el Departamento de Recursos Humanos del Hospital "Dr. Aníbal Ginzález Álava "Cantón Bolívar"

This paper presents the design of the Strategic Plan Administrative Human Resources Department of the Hospital Dr. Anibal Gonzalez Alava "Canton Bolivar Calceta parish, located in the streets Chile, Granda Centeno and Ricaurte. The thesis is raised and committed to creating a basic document that addressed the administration of the Human Resources department of the hospital "Dr. Anibal Gonzalez Alava. In this model identifies the core values and controls, based on the activities that take place daily, trying to define: strategic planning mission - vision -securities and objectives, functions, procedures for management, control systems or standards regulations. Its application is very useful, as theoretical and methodological tool for the delineation and refinement of processes, efficiency and effectiveness, ensuring the continuous improvement in the management of Human Resources of the institution. Administrative Strategic Plan will administer and promote the development of human resources in adherence to regulations in the hospital, maintaining an adequate working environment that enables optimal performance of the corporate business. This research has its respective theoretical and methodological development, concepts that are supported with their bibliographies. In methodological development stages shows that remained in administrative strategic plan design, showing its focus, the type of research, techniques and instruments for data collection. It shows the results, achieving the general objectives and specific with your proposed solution, finally made the conclusion and recommendations, and hold the bibliography and appendices.
