Análisis de la gestión de cobranza y su incidencia en la eficiencia de la empresa “Aguas El Chuno”, cantón Chone periodo 2021-2022

The general objective of this curricular integration work was to analyze collection management and its impact on efficiency for the recovery of overdue loans in the company “Aguas El Chuno”, Chone canton, period 2021-2022, to achieve it the following methods were used: inductive, deductive and analytical methods, in addition, interview and survey techniques in Likert scale format were used to obtain information directly from those involved in this study, all of this supported by the use of bibliographic and field research. . The results obtained indicate that the entity's overdue portfolio index reaches $4000000 and there are various users who have outstanding debts with this organization, due to the organization's policies on the confidentiality of its financial statements, the present investigation presents a small population of debtors with the objective of making known the existence of pending values, likewise, it is shown that there are deficiencies in this process because the majority of the population has problems accessing the services of this institution, in addition there is ignorance about the means that are available to citizens to cancel their debts, also on the payment facilities offered to users. With these identified problems, a proposal for an improvement plan is prepared.
