Özet:The objective of this research was to evaluate the addition of granulated commercial garlic in the food of Cobb 500 sexed chickens over the production parameters. It was subject to a completely random design (DCA) with factorial arrangement considering the sex factors and level of inclusion of comercial garlic (Allium sativum) in the diet. For the study of the data, the analysis of variance was used through the statistical package InfoStat (2019) alpha value of 5%. No significant differences between sex and garlic addition level were observed in the four weeks evaluated for the weekly weight variable (p>0.05). For weekly food consumption there were significant differences for the four weeks evaluated (p<0.05), where the group that reported the lowest total consumption was (0 ppm) with 3.85 kg of males and (100 ppm) for females with 4.74 kg, as well for the weekly food conversion there were statistical differences in every week where the highest productivity group was (0ppm) with 1.50, while the females were (100 ppm) at 1.58. For immune variables there were no significant differences (p>0.05) between the liver, gizzard, heart, thymus, Fabricio bag and spleen organs. The results lead to the conclusion that the supply of comercial granulated garlic at the level of 100 ppm in females, obtained the highest production rates, and thus constituted an alternative in breeding Coob 500 chickens.
