On the other hand, job performance is known as that parameter that allows evaluating the performance, behavior and quality of work of the members of an institution. That is why, based on the foregoing, it is known that the purpose of this investigative process lies in evaluating the impact of the COVID-19 health emergency on the job performance of public servants of the Municipal Autonomous Decentralized Government in Junín canton, in the period 2020-2021. To meet the objective set in this research and its scientific strengthening, it was necessary to apply the inductive, deductive and analytical-synthetic method, likewise, bibliographic, field and descriptive research techniques were used, on the other hand, Several investigative instruments were used, such as the interview with the mayor of the canton, likewise, a survey was applied to the public servants of the GAD Junín, in order to obtain primary data that allows knowing in greater detail the existing problems within the institution, in this way, it was also possible to carry out an evaluation of the possible strategies that can be adhered to the administrative, institutional and evaluative processes that apply. That is why, through the improvement proposal, it was sought to propose solutions on the shortcomings and errors that arose in the organization that were evidenced in this investigation.
