Evaluación de las variables de desempeño cooperativo con enfoque en el buen vivir en las provincias de Azuay y Cañar

This research was carried out with the purpose of evaluating the cooperative performance with a focus on the good life that the cooperatives of the provinces of Azuay and Cañar have, for which four methodological phases were carried out: 1) the existing variables in the environment were measured Cooperative, Popular and Solidarity Economy, Good Living and Corporate Social Responsibility, 2) the evaluation tool was elaborated based on the variables that were then validated through a group of experts selected by their knowledge in the cooperative sector of savings and credit and the variables under study, 3) the evaluation tool was applied, in this phase began with the calculation of the sample of cooperatives taken into consideration for the development of research, then proceeded to collect information on addresses, emails, number of employees and partners, finally was executed or the tool developed (interview) in the case of managers and (survey) for partners and employees, then the data obtained were entered and the corresponding analyzes were carried out, and 4) to propose an improvement plan, for which a list of the shortcomings that arise in the application of good living in the evaluated cooperatives, among which stand out: The elaboration of reports of CSR and the application of them, then a proposal of improvement was made for each principle, to socialize the results with the entities object of study.
