| الملخص: | The objective of this research is to design a tourist atlas that will strengthen the territorial management of Jama-Pedernales district through the appropriate dissemination of resources, for which a methodological procedure was divided into three phases: in the first phase the place was characterized, the limits, geographical location and main economic activities such as agriculture and livestock were determined. In the second phase of the investigation, relevant information was obtained to be part of the proposal, for this purpose a tourism inventory was carried out in which 22 resources were identified in Jama canton and 20 in Pedernales from which the beaches obtained higher ranking and ecological reserves such as the Protective Forest Lalo Loor; the inventory and GPS card was used; the current number of tourist infrastructure was verified, this being 54 tourist services establishments among hotels, restaurants, bars. The last phase is the main reason of the digital tourist atlas design research of dama and Pedernales cantons, for this 5 maps of the cantons were elaborated for their graphic representation of settlements, elevations, hydrological and the use of soils, used the ArcGIS program; the demo was designed in which the information of the tourist places was uploaded, the atlas will undoubtedly be a reference to tourism and will potentiate the social, cultural, economic and tourist dynamics of the northern area of Manabí province. |
