Izvleček:The main objective of the research was to analyze the public policy of labor inclusion of people with disabilities in the year 2022 of the Decentralized Autonomous Governments of Bolívar (GAD), Junín and Tosagua, for this three phases were carried out with various activities in the methodological development. In the first phase, the interview was carried out with the Administrative and Human Talent Director of each Municipality, likewise, the observation sheet was carried out in each of the institutions. In the second phase, the reliability of the evaluation instrument was measured using Cronbach's Alpha in the SPSS software, obtaining a result of 0.919; Subsequently, the information obtained by the servers of each Municipal GAD was compiled and tabulated, taking the 252 public servers as a sample. In the third phase, the development of the improvement plan was carried out, identifying four essential levels such as: Level of participation, institutional support measures, job satisfaction and the percentage of discrimination in labor inclusion. In this section, positive progress was identified in terms of the compliance with the public policy of labor inclusion of people with disabilities; Finally, the strategic actions proposed in this improvement plan were shared with the competent authorities. In conclusion, this research contributed favorably to the strengthening of public policies for the labor inclusion of people with disabilities in the GAD of Bolívar, Junín and Tosagua by providing an inclusive, non-discriminatory and equitable work environment using a culture of respect and empathy.
