总结: | The objective of the research was to evaluate the impact of the public policies of the National Plan of Good Living in the solidarity agricultural production organizations of Chone and Rocafuerte cantos to demonstrate the fulfillment of the objectives set by the Government; for its execution the deductive, analytic-synthetic methods and the qualitative data analysis were used, besides the survey was used with its respective tool. The process was detailed in four phases, the first comprising the collection of bibliographic information, of topics such as impact evaluation, Public Policies, Popular and Solidarity Economy, Good Living, among others. Then the methodology to measure the impact was selected, in this a base was created with indicators proposed by different authors to choose those related to the study subject, continuing with the elaboration of a survey based on questions presented by the National Institute of Statistics and Census (INEC) on the quality of life and continue to calculate the number of partners and non-members that carry out agricultural, livestock and fishing activities, to whom the designated instrument was applied. Subsequently, the state in which the organizations were located was determined by interpreting the data tabulated with the SPSS software. Consecutively, the relationships and differences between the treatment group (OAPS) and the control group (PEA) were analyzed, identifying significant disparities. Finally, a matrix was created with the policies concerning the benefits directed to the associates, indicating that they are not being complied with in full as provided in the PNBV. |
