The agile development methodology SCRUM was applied, using the software architecture pattern (MVC) in the integrated development environment (IDE) Visual Studio 2013 under the object-oriented programming language C # and the SQL Server 2008 database manager; in addition, the Razor view engine with HTML5, CSS3 and JavaScript was used. In order to establish the functional requirements of the system, which were documented by the IEEE830 standard, the interview technique was conducted for the Technology Department Coordinator, who made known their requirements and expectations about the application. Likewise, use case diagrams with unified modeling language (UML) were designed, which define the functional structure of the system from the point of view of the user. Through this work, the total unification of the processes carried out by the technology department was achieved. |

Through this work, the total unification of the processes carried out by the technology department was achieved.La elaboración de este trabajo se llevó a cabo con el objetivo de desarrollar una aplicación de mesa de ayuda que controle las incidencias del departamento de tecnología de la ESPAM-MFL. Se aplicó la metodología de desarrollo ágil SCRUM, empleando el patrón de arquitectura de software (MVC) en el entorno de desarrollo integrado (IDE) Visual Studio 2013 bajo el lenguaje de programación orientado a objetos C# y el gestor de base de datos SQL Server 2008; además se utilizó el motor de vistas Razor con HTML5, CSS3 y JavaScript. Para establecer los requisitos funcionales del sistema los cuales fueron documentados mediante el estándar IEEE830, se realizó la técnica de entrevista dirigida al Coordinador del departamento de tecnología, quien dio a conocer sus requerimientos y expectativas acerca del aplicativo. Así mismo se diseñaron diagramas de casos de uso con lenguaje unificado de modelado (UML), que definen la estructura funcional del sistema desde el punto de vista del usuario.
